How Does Checkster Work?

When you are taking the employment ad from your client, simply ask them if they would like your automated online reference checking and employment verification service. You provide Cross-Post with the email address of the hiring manager and we take it  from there.

Your hiring manager will receive an email and be instructed on how to input the job candidates email address into the Checkster system. It takes about 1 minute. The candidate is then asked by Checkster to provide the email addresses of up to 15 references. The system contacts those references and asks them to complete a five minute online evaluation specially designed to predict future success.

The results are then forwarded to the hiring manager instantly in an easy to read format using charts and graphs to show predictive behavior.

The hiring manager can check up to 5 candidates per job. Employment verification is part of the report.
