Carl is the SVP of The Inclusiv* Group and former President of DiversityInc.com Careers. While there he was responsible for building the Career Center into the largest diversity job board on the web largely through cross-posting relationships with The New York Times, Hot Jobs and The Minneapolis Star Tribune. Carl negotiated the first Diversity cross-posting deals ever on the internet. Each of them still exists.
Carl is located in San Diego and has over 24 years of experience in recruitment with 10 of those years on the web making him one of the pioneers in Internet recruiting.
