Cross-Post LLC is headquartered in San Diego Ca. and was created by two former Job Board and Executive Search professionals; John Fujii & Carl Braun, principals in The Inclusiv* Group. The company was formed in order to facilitate a connection between newspapers and leading edge recruitment services products they can co-brand. Its goal is to help its newspaper partners generate incremental revenue through profit driven online partnerships.Since 2004, Cross-Post LLC has been providing newspapers with revenue generating tools that are no cost, easy to implement and highly profitable. The Cross-Post Networks allow classified recruitment advertisers the opportunity to post their open positions to some of the largest niche job boards on the web for a fraction of the retail cost. The local newspaper becomes the vehicle through which the employer can reach out to a broad and diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Cross-Post LLC connects the nations largest newspapers and their clients with key niche boards in Healthcare, Diversity, Nursing, Veterans, Energy, and Early Career/College Networks. Additionally, through our Green Employers Network, environmentally conscious employers can recruit candidates with similar values and get the message out to the general market about their passion for "green" issues.
Cross-Post leadership invented the newspaper up-sell business and we are constantly striving to offer the latest in "new" revenue generating products and ideas.
John Fujii-Principal
John is the President of Cross-Post LLC and and former President of the Hire-Performance Group. Based in the San Francisco area, he has over 19 years of experience in employment and related industries.
John has a Bachelors Degree In Chemical Engineering from UCLA. He is an accomplished trainer and presenter.
Carl Braun-Principal
Carl is the SVP of The Inclusiv* Group and former President of DiversityInc.com Careers. While there he was responsible for building the Career Center into the largest diversity job board on the web largely through cross-posting relationships with The New York Times, Hot Jobs and The Minneapolis Star Tribune. Carl negotiated the very first newspaper Diversity cross-posting deals. Each of them still exists.
Carl is located in San Diego and has over 28 years of experience in recruitment with 14+ of those years on the web making him one of the pioneers in Internet recruiting.
